How Twitter Conversational Ads Work For Advertisers

It is a great news for twitter advertisers. On 5th January, 2016 twitter has just introduced another methods of delivering ads. It is called Twitter Conversational Ads. It is another new method for brand engagements.

With this ad format consumers can more easily engage with the users and spread the brand message. It is a powerful way for advertisers to boost their presence across Twitter and communicate with the users or customers.

How Twitter conversational ads work

For last few years marketers have successfully managed their ads in twitter using Promoted Tweets, Image or Video Tweets, hashtag campaigns to increase likes, followers and retweets. They have seen high percentage of success rate to their brand engagement.

Now, Twitter conversational ads improve it a step further by including call to action buttons and customizable hashtags. These will encourage consumer engagement.

With the below three steps Twitter conversational ads can increase the consumer engagement more than ever

Step #1: After tapping the call to action button, the consumer can open the Tweet composer which will be pre-populated with the brand message with image or video and hashtag buttons. Now the consumer can personalize and edit the Tweet and can share it with his or her followers.

Step #2: After the tweet / retweet a thank you message will be sent to the consumer for his or her engagement with the brand Tweet.

Step #3: Now the Tweet will appear to the timelines of the consumer’s followers. As it includes the brand’s creative photos or logos or videos, it will be very powerful for extra engagements. It will earn more exposure for the brand at no extra cont. So, the brand will get higher ROI and conversions. As we have already seen from a study that exposure to brand Tweets drives consumers to take action – both on and off Twitter. Organic reach can increase brand boosts and conversions and give significant value to the advertisers.
